Cake Stories is brought to you by Nicholas Pelekis; a French trained pastry chef of International Culinary expertise combined with the art of Design.

Nicholas started his career as a Graphic Designer, and in record time he reached the peak of his career, reaching Senior Art Director status for a major French advertising agency in Europe.

In his quest to fulfill his creative flame and combine work with his passion for ‘satisfying the sweet taste buds’, he had a sea change which saw him as a student of the famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Nicholas has traveled the world as a pastry chef, working with 6 star resorts, hotels and cruise liners, enticing guests with sensational tastes and flavours combined with unique design satisfying not only the taste buds, but the eyes too!

Our vision to create quality desserts is still evident up to this day.

We constantly challenge ourselves by keeping in touch with the other pastry chefs from around the world and searching ideas and creating the latest in taste and style.
